ANAHEIM

Sometimes I fell so helpless. I see people and I think I can not do anything to help them. All I can do is watch and know they exist. Tell them they will be fine. Give them crappy advice. I wish I could do more. They tell me what is wrong but they are probably telling the wrong person. I would love to help if I knew what to do. If I hand money or some kind of power. It is so difficult; I don’t know what to do! I feel like if I could do something for them if I were a different person. I feel like it is my duty to make them feel better. i would totally like to help but sometimes I just feel bad because i can not help. its weird that i think i have to do something; i just feel so uncomfortable because i can not do anything!

Last week two people were shot and killed in Anaheim. One man was shot on April 26 and the other was shot on April 29. One of the people that was shot went to the same high school that i went to. His name was Adrian Ramos and he was only 19 years old. I had some classes with him during high school. He was a year younger than me. I did not know him very well but many of my friends did. I heard from many people that he was shot once and tried to run off but he was shot again. I believed he died at UCI hospital. He did not deserve this he did nothing wrong, he was a good kid. He had some much more to do in his life.
Many people i know are angry that this happened because some gangsters were trying to mug him. Adrian had many friends and they are all so disappointed that this happened. It is terrible that we have to fear for our lives everyday. Those damn lowlifes have nothing productive to do but harm innocent people. Those people contribute nothing to society. All they do is leach off of every hard working person around them. Those bastards do not deserve anything good.
I wish the worst on them. I hope they rot in prison. I hope they understand how they will never be anything but a pain to society. They have no cause, no belief, no remorse. They only care about themselves. The world would be perfect without them. This world has had enough of that bullshit. They do not even deserve to live in a prison cell; they are not worth it. They take up to many resources that they do not deserve. They decided not to contribute, they chose that life, they do not deserve any pity. There is no need to save trash in a neat little pile. Might as well throw it all away. THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

REST IN PEACE ADRIAN RAMOS

CAMPING DURING SPRING BREAK [part 2]

The last day we were at Big Basin we decided to take this 11 mile hike. We figured we could wake up EARLY eat breakfast, cook and pack a lunch and dinner then be on our way. We did not wake up so early that day but we still went because it was our last day there. We each carried our own backpack with food and water. There is a warning in the beginning of the hike that says, "WARNING STRENUOUS HIKE!" And it was damn tiring! It was really steep compared to the other hikes.
On our way up we stopped for a quick rest, a man was heading back all tired and sweaty. He said he was not prepared for that hike; he then asked us for water. He looked really tired, probably because he was pretty over weight. One of my friends gave the man a bit of water. I felt bad for that guy but then i started thinking about how bad the hike was going to be. It was pretty damn difficult.
We ate the lunch we had made for ourselves. When we finally got to the top there was an damn amazing water fall that we walked on to and took some pictures in front of it. there were tons of newtons in the water; it looked like some of them were mating. We all thought the waterfall was pretty awesome. We all thought the hike was well worth it. We kept on walking down and we saw that the waterfall continued! We were not expecting it to. There was a part of the water fall where we had to walk right next to it!! There was a thick wire to hold on to and we had to walk on some carved out rocks that made a staircase. It was super freaking crazy! It was pretty scary to look down; it was like we were about to fall down with the water fall. My friend Eddie took some pictures of Brittany and I walking down next to the water fall. The rock we were walking on was pretty slippery. Brittany and i were in front of everyone so we did not see when our friend Jose slipped! Eddie held on to him and Jose held on to the wire. Jose only hurt his elbow but he was okay. It was horrible to think what could have happened. I only saw Jose when he was already down. Brittany thought that Eddie would have been the one to fall because he is so clumsy.
The hike was worth it! the walk down was pretty nice its like we did not have to do much. Even though my toes kinda hurt by the end because we were walking down hill. So my feet were sliding down and my toes were pressing down on my boots hahaha weird. It was like i was walking on the tip of my toes forever!
This Spring break was the best I had ever had. I was with my close friends camping out in nature for 6 days! It was wonderful to be around nature. I cannot wait to go again, even though it has not been long since we went haha. TWAS GREAT!

CAMPING DURING SPRING BREAK [part1]

I went camping with some of my close friends. We left town the Thursday before spring break and we camped at Big Basin and Pinnacles National Monument. It was much better than i expected it to be. It took like 9 hours to get to Big Basin but it was well worth it! We went on some awesome hikes. I even had some bad experiences with the raccoons but I enjoyed it so much I did not want to leave!
Our plan was that we were going to stay at Big Basin for 5 nights and at Pinnacles for 2 nights. WE ended up staying at Pinnacles for only one night because it began to rain.
The first day we got to Big Basin at midnight. As we started to set up our tents I went to go get something form the trunk of the car. It was so dark when i saw the light of the trunk on and a FAT raccoon chewing on my bag of vegan cookies! It was frightened and ran away with two other raccoons. Then I saw that they had my vegan loaf of bread! My friend tried to scare them off but they were making weird growling noises at him. They hadn't eaten the bread yet but the bag had holes in it so i just told my friend to leave them alone since they were getting all aggressive.
It turns out they opened by backpack that was in the trunk and chewed through my cookie bag, ripped open my pita chip bag, and ate a whole loaf of my bread! These raccoons are so used to people that they know how to open zippers! A raccoon unzipped one of my friend's tent and unzipped his backpack because he had food in it the day before. There was no food in the back pack so the raccoon just made a mess of all my friend's clothes. They had to lock the zippers together from that day on hahah
We went on a hike to the top of Buzzard's Roost which had an awesome view. My friend was told that if we saw a Banana Slug that we would be lucky because they are difficult to spot or something. MY friend Brittany had been there before but she had never seen one. It was so exciting when we saw a banana slug on the hike up Buzzard's Roost! We took pictures of it and some of my friends even touched it hahah! They are so interesting, slimmy, yellow things. We thought we were so damn lucky when we saw a second one on that same hike. We saw a total of Five banana slugs on that hike! So then we thought we weren't THAT lucky if we had seen so many in one hike. On the way back to our camp we saw some kind of a newt walking slowly out of some water. My friend Jose was so excited to see one that he garbed it and let it walk on his hand while my friend Eddie took pictures of it. It walked really slow and it looked very tired after my friend let it walk on him for so long. I did not want to touch it but one of my other friends did. The next day we went to the headquarters of the park. They have many fliers about things at the park, things that are interesting, things to do, and dangerous animals. The newt we saw was on that list of dangerous animals! It is a poisonous newt! Nothing happened to Jose but we were all surprised. My friend Jose wasn't worried at all. He actually touched another one after he knew it was poisonous! Crazy bastard! He put it down as soon as we all told him to, it was terrible top think what could have happened.
The next day went on another hike and right from the beginning we saw three banana slugs. We were messing around on some tree that had fallen over. it was suspended a like a foot or two off the ground by another tree so we were walking on it. It was funny because it kept bouncing up and down. My friend Eddie thought he could stand on it while my other friend shook it. Well Eddie fell backward right onto a banana slug!! I had even warned them about it so they wouldn't step on it but the slug turned out to be okay. It just left Eddie's shirt really slimmy. That day I stopped counting how many banana slugs we saw after the fifteenth one! We saw sooo many on that hike it almost seemed like we were very UNlucky.
